Stellenbosch Municipality is hiring three Graduate Interns in Planning & Economic Development
If you recently finished a university degree in planning, engineering, or a related built‑environment field, Stellenbosch Municipality wants you. They have three paid internship spots in the Integrated Human Settlements team. The role lasts twelve months and gives you a real look at how housing projects are planned, built, and managed in a busy South‑African city.
Why this internship matters
You’ll learn about:
- Housing projects that help people get safe homes
- Informal settlement work—improving neighborhoods that grew outside formal planning
- Managing paperwork for homes and deeds
- How a local government works on the ground
The internship is perfect for students who want to see what happens after they finish their studies and want a career in cities and communities.
