Mercedes‑Benz South Africa (MBSA) is calling on fresh graduates from South Africa to join its Graduate Development Programme (GDP) 2026. The programme runs out of the company’s main office in Pretoria, Gauteng. Who can apply?
You need to have finished a college or university course in the last three years and be a South African citizen. The programme is open to grads in these fields:
- Information Technology / Computer Science
- Accounting / Financial Management
- Business Studies – marketing, sales, or similar roles
- Business Management – including:
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Business Processes
- Banking
- Cost & Management Accounting
- Customs
- Taxation
- Logistics Management
- Data Science / Analytics / Informatics
Minimum qualifications
- A Grade 12 (Matric) diploma
- A tertiary qualification that is at least a Diploma (NQF 6) or a Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7)
- A minimum average of 65 % in that qualification
- Graduation date within the last 3 years
- Proof of being a South African citizen
