Who should apply

Permanent Registry Administrator

A full‑time position where you’ll handle filing, paperwork, and mail for the Roads Agency. You’ll keep records tidy, track project documents, and help the agency run smoothly.
What the job pays

What you need
- Grade 12 diploma
- Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Archives & Records Management (or an equivalent field).
- A qualification in Information Science or Public Administration is a plus.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a corporate setting.
What you’ll do as a Registry Administrator
- Open, close, and organize project files
- Print labels and mark each file
- Keep paper files up to date
- Store finished files in boxes
- Make new file covers when needed
- Register successful tenders and store tender paperwork
- Stamp and record all incoming mail
- Hand the mail register over to the messenger for delivery
- Register outgoing mail, add stamps, and log when it leaves
- Arrange speed‑courier deliveries
- Handle any other office and registry tasks that come up
