Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa is looking for fresh graduates who are not currently working to join its Ascend – Internship Programme 2026. This is a 12‑month program that will give you real work experience in a big company that makes and sells drinks all over South Africa.

What is the Ascend – Leaders in Training Programme?
Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa is one of the largest drink makers in the world. The Ascend programme is a chance for recent graduates to learn how to run a big business and to develop the skills that are needed to become a leader in the fast‑moving consumer goods market.
During the year, you will move between several parts of the company. You’ll see how products are produced, sold, and supported by the business. You will also get training on how to lead teams, solve problems and make smart decisions.

Minimum qualifications
- A university degree finished within the last two years
- Evidence of leadership experience (project work, clubs, sports teams, etc.)
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
