Who I Am
My name is Donald Williams, a Human Resources professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience in skills development, training, and employment facilitation across South Africa. I hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA) — one of the country’s most respected academic institutions.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) and the Agricultural Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSETA), helping individuals access learnerships, apprenticeships, bursaries, and employment opportunities that genuinely change lives.
Why I Started This Website
South Africa’s unemployment rate is one of the highest in the world. Every day, thousands of talented, capable young people miss out on life-changing opportunities — not because those opportunities don’t exist, but because they simply don’t know where to look.
I created Thapelo Madibeng Bursary to change that. This platform is built on one simple belief: everyone deserves a fair shot at a better future. My goal is to bring verified bursaries, learnerships, apprenticeships, internships, and job vacancies together in one trusted place — so that no opportunity goes unseen.
