Donald established Thapelo Madibeng Bursary as a mission-driven platform to make educational and skills opportunities more accessible to South African youth. Named in tribute to the legacy of education and empowerment (inspired by figures dedicated to skills development in critical sectors), the site has grown into one of the country’s most visited independent resources for bursary news, learnership openings, internship programmes, apprenticeship vacancies, and graduate funding alerts.
With a sharp focus on accuracy and timeliness, Donald personally researches, verifies, and publishes daily updates on opportunities from government bodies, SETAs (including CETA), corporates, municipalities, NGOs, and private institutions. His work supports unemployed graduates, TVET students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and learners in securing financial aid and workplace experience — particularly in high-demand fields such as the built environment, engineering, health sciences, IT, finance, and community development.
